Blaze won't sync. to a new time zone after three-hour flight.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that after you sync the device, the time-zone settings will be corrected because your Fitbit displays the time that's configured on your mobile device and the Fitbit app. You can also check: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? for more information about this.

I had the same problem! 2 years ago I went to France, Italy, Iceland, and Slovenia and I had no problem getting my fitbit to sync. However, this year, I went to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Russia and I couldn't get the fitbit to sync in any of the countries-even after several tries.
