Syncing inconvenience after update

Has anyone else got a problem with syncing whenever there's an update required for any app, not Fitbit? Anyone know a solution? Every time I have an update available, regardless of the app, my Blaze won't sync. I have to download the update, or updates, then turn off my Android, usually reset my Blaze, and hopefully I can sync again.  As you can imagine, this can happen several times a day. Solution anyone, please?

I'm having the same issue. Makes me want to get rid of the thing all together. Only used it 20x and it won't sync or update. It tells the wrong date and time!!! So irate!

I have found the most reliable way is to go into Bluetooth, "forget" my Blaze, turn off my Android, turn it back on, and voila. Only I have to do this each and every time any app sends an update, which is several times each and every day. Not really a solution 😭.

Welcome to the Community @JaxFat2Fit and @Snooker-Lady007 it's great to see you around.

If you are having inconveniences syncing your trackers, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your trackers should sync without a problem.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
