Blaze not syncing or updating

My Fitbit Blaze is not syncing or updating? It is making me put in an access code, but when I put in the code it freezes my phone. My date says it is still December?

Is the unknown phone app up to date? Is it a compatable phone?

It will want me to put In a verification number so I put that number in and It keeps trying to connect and never will connect?

If you are being asked to put in the 4 digit code, that means that your tracker is not paired. Please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
