I am in 7 challenges this week and on 5 of the challenges, it shows that I have only 7,359 steps.  On the other 2 it is accurately showing 24,075.  Called the help desk and they were of no help.  Has anyone else had this issue???

I apologize for the delay in my response.Thanks for sharing the inconvenience that you have with your steps information on the challenges that is not accurate on some of them. I appreciate the details you provided they're really helpful. Also thanks for saying that you contacted our Support department by phone, I will advice to contact them again if you have any doubts about the information they provided as they have already reviewed your case.
