Syncing issues with app

So, what is the issue with the Blaze failing to sync over the past few weeks.  I have a Samsung s6 and it meets all the requirements, I have all the settings correct with the app and the Blaze, but it randomly just will not work at all.  I sometimes just go days without being able to sync.  Sometimes it will work if I get frustrated enough to delete the app, reinstall, and reconfigure everything, but then stops syncing again.  I'm very frustrated with the fact that I spent $200 on this thing and it isn't consistent.  My wife also has the same issue with hers and she just got a new Blaze after the last one quit being able to vibrate.  It seems to me that the Quality Control cycle is very hit and miss with the device itself and the Research/Design of the app is poor as well.

So, is an update on it's way to resolve some of these issues?  I'm tired of the endless work arounds I see posted, and "have you tried this? how about that?"  How about just making the thing work like it was intended???

Finally fixed my issue.1. Unpair blaze. 2 .turn off Bluetooth on mobile.
3. restart mobile. 4. restart blaze (hold left button and bottom right
until it restarts) 5. go to fitbit app..install new device 6. follow

Been there, done that.  It works for a while and then the next day, you're back it doing all of that mess again....and again.

Petey, BT Classic is the connection that allows you to be able to control your music on your mobile from your Blaze (when it works).

For me BT classic and music control works fine, except that it stops working with almost every app update, most likely because the new driver dod not restart properly Since I'm ruining the beta app, this can happen twice a week. Note considering that Android phones need to be restarted once or twice a  for optimum memory usage.it is no big deal for me.

Now when it comes to an ios device @peteypablo504 the BT classic is not used amd music control happens through the BTLE
