My blaze will not sync unless I restart my galaxy s6. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps and the only way I can get it to sync is to restart my phone. I have to do this every day! I would like to know if this is an issue with my phone or with my blaze. Thank you.

Did you recently apply an Android security update? The last one caused that to start happening to me.

It looks like my latest security update was in december, and that's about when this started happening.

I'm having this issue as well. Very frustrating. I have to fiddle with it constantly to get it to sync. Sometimes restarting my phone fixes it, sometimes restarting bluetooth fixes it, and sometimes nothing fixes it and I wait days for it to work. Really frustrated with it.

Great to welcome you @SunsetRunner, @Kstosic and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your trackers? If you do, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should work without an inconvenience.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
