I sync my blaze and the information updates to the app, but does not update the time. How can I fix this?

This has happened to us too.

Can no one answer this question? All I can find is make time zone automatic. My time zone setting has always been automatic, so that's not the problem. My blaze is like 5 hours off and won't up date. How do I fix it?

Same problem here. Time is off by approximately 1 1/2 hours. Time zone is set to automatic. I wear my Versa 2 during the day and only wear my Blaze at night to track sleep. Versa 2 tracks time correctly (from my phone, which has the correct time) but the Blaze does not. Syncing and turning the device off to reset do not help.

Same issue here, for a full week including dozens of restarts of both watch and phone to rectify the issue. I've also tried deleting and adding the watch again to no avail.

I have the same issue and Fitbit support has essentially told me that I will need to wait for the 4.06 update to roll out and they did not provide a timeline for when this would occur. Very frustrated to say the least.

ive been pulling my hair out over this.. it has to be something to do with google buying fitbit... my account syncs, my sleep is being tracked but the time is all jacked up and seemingly unfixable.. ive fixed it before.. several times but this time none of those fixes that worked before are working this time.. 🙄 good luck 🙂

This is happening to me too. Had blaze switched off 10 days and it is now stuck on the date I switched it off. I also can't reboot it.

Throwing my hat in as my blaze's time suddenly stopped syncing and now runs an hour and 7 minutes fast.
Also, one suggestion I read told me to remove it and re-add it. When I added it back I was warned that the Blaze isn't supported at all now.
I could understand if they removed the fitness tracking after all this time, but at least let it work as a watch.

@InThePot This made me curious so I dug out my old Blaze. Upon clicking to add the Blaze, there was a message "we've discontinued software updates for this device. Certain features may not work as expected". No big deal there. Don't think I've had a Blaze update in 5 years. I'd guess that means anyone trying to set up a brand new 8 year old Blaze watch, won't get any updates?
I wasn't "warned that the Blaze isn't supported at all now". It installed to my test account easily, and works perfectly fine.
