Hi, I’ve this frozen screen after having charged my Blaze for a few hours. It shows it’s in an undesirable environment (frozen triangle) but nothing I’ve done with it is out of the ordinary. Not too hot or too cold in my apartment. I live in the UK. Tried restarting and nothing. Any help?

My Fitbit Blaze showed a heat overload warning and became very hot yesterday to.  I emailed Fitbit, who have asked for the device to be returned.
