I have the Blaze I called customer service because I have issues with text notifications. they advised it was a APP issue. when will this issues be resolved? I completed all the troubleshooting steps.

I tried all the measures advised by the troubleshooting. Fitbit advised it
was the app misfunction

I’ve tried all the solutions as well. Sometimes notifications work and then they don’t. It is so frustrating!
