Text/calendar notifications

When ever I get a text or calendar notifications they come through multiple times. The same texture can come through on my blaze up 8 times just over and over. Called fitbit days ago got no answers. Any recommendations

A warm welcome to the Community @adriannerparker. It's weird to hear that your tracker is notifying what you receive multiple times. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it and test it during the day.

I have reset and disconnected from my phone and reconnected. It still happens every time.

I am having the same issue with my Calendar Notifications, I will get a notification 30 min before, and then approximately every 5 minutes thereafter I will recieve the same calendar notification.

Do u get the same texture over and over? I receive the same texture on my blaze up to 8 times.

I'm having the same issue.  Just upgraded to the blaze yesterday and receive my text messages multiple times. Please let me know if anyone has been able to resolve this issue.

Generally the alerts are received whenever the phone sends them. There isn't a feature for the Blaze or Fitbit software to repeat these things themselves so the most likely explanation is that the phone is sending repeat data.

 

Certainly, if a Calendar alert is not acknowledged on the phone, every time the phone re-alerts you, the Blaze will also react.

has anyone come up with a solution? I just got a Blaze and it is all updated and keeps bugging me with calendar notifications over and over again.

Once you've see the alert, have you acknowledged it on the phone?

It keeps happening to me too.  It's not every day, just once in a while it gets stuck on a calendar appointment and then vibrates for the next 30 minutes.  Drives me nuts.
