Text notifications aren’t working

I have read every post about someone’s text notifications not working and how to fix it. Yes I have tried unpairing yes I have turned Bluetooth off and reset everything and added it as it’s a brand new watch and still nothing. I’ve had this watch less than 4 months and with the money I paid you think it would work as advertised! My phone call notifications barely started working this week after months of using lol at this point I’m just fed up and either want it to work or am going to trade for something else. Fitbit support was no help either ugh I’m so disappointed. I’ve had the charge, charge hr, charge2 hr, surge, and this is the only one that won’t work properly.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you aren't receiving text notifications, I recommend taking a look at the How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? article.

 

After checking this, verify that your notifications settings are correctly configured on your phone for the following apps:

 

  1. The Fitbit App
  2. Phone
  3. Messages (text)
  4. Calendar 
  5. 3rd Party Apps

I have tried that and read the articles on it and still getting nothing now I’m not even getting phone call notifications

Thanks for the update @lazito.

 

Since now you are not longer receiving any notification, take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.
