Hi! A few days ago, my Fitbit stopped alerting me about texts. I have checked the notifications, re-downloaded the app, deleted and then added my Fitbit back to the app and nothing. It will alert me with calls and not texts even though i have both notifications selected. Help?

Thanks for the information @cly0001. Please follow the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post. After these steps your tracker should be receiving notifications.

Mine is doing the same thing that's why I'm on the site. Have you got any answers as to why this happened?

I am not receiving any notifications at all. I have a Galaxy S6 and finally after reading through the forums, was able to get it to sync (bluetooth pair) with my phone. I am seriously reconsidering this product as it is not user friendly.

@cly0001 Make sure on your iPhone, you have "Allow in Notification Center" , "Show in Notification Center" and "show on lock screen" all enabled.
