I have a moto z force and the blaze. My phone is paired and I am still not getting any notifications on the blaze.

The reason why you might be having problems with your notifications is because Moto Z Force is not a compatible mobile device. You can always try to follow @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post, just keep in mind that you can experience some inconvenience since as mentioned the phone is not compatible.
