Hi,
the fitbit app has stopped working when it usually lets me know my steps and all of the sudden, the app just stopped working and so, I just wanted to bring this problem to your attention so you can fix this problem!

I do not work for Fitbit, but I will try and help out where I can. When you say that the app has stopped working, do you mean that it will not let you in the app, it keeps crashing after opening or is it just not telling you your steps, calories etc? have you tried turning your Bluetooth off and on? you can shut down the blaze device by going all the way to the right (on the device), Settings, Shut Down. Tell me if any of this works, if not just message me back and i'll try my best to help.
