When I go to bleutooth on my phone I can see ' Blaze (classic)' and when I try to connect it, it says I do not have the correct password or entry code, but the ability to verify the code doesn't show up. It showed up once but was gone before I could press it and it never came back.
Please help

I just want to confirm if you're doing this to set up your tracker or if you're trying for something else.
I gave some suggestions that you could try. Click here to see them.
Make sure that if you're setting up your tracker, you're doing it from the Fitbit app and you're not doing it from the bluetooth settings directly.

When I try to connect to it I get an error on my phone that says it can't connect because I don't have the correct password or entry code. But no number shows up during the process, not like with the setup.

Thanks for letting us know about the difficulty you're having trying to set up your tracker to have music control @Lamborkrini. If you're receiving an "Incorrect Pin or Password" error, chances are that you're trying to set up your tracker using Bluetooth settings instead of the Fitbit app. For instructions on how setting up your tracker using the Fitbit app follow the steps provided in this link.
