With the Blaze's versatility of being a removable module, I'd really like to see some third party developers get creative with an assortment of different bands/frames, or maybe even different types of housing for the blaze (like something that's just a clip if you didn't want to wear it on your wrist). Did anyone see/hear of anything like this? The only accessories I can find right now are the ones made by Fitbit, which surprises me. I'd really like to find a canvas band, or one that has a frame that is some color other than silver (like black or gold).

@Rich_Laue wrote:So they are afraid of a lirtle competition, since they both are made in China, it probably is their supplier selling them. Could Oitom have forgotten about patients?
Not sure Oitom would be in the place for a patent. I have seen a half dozen sellers now on ebay and Amazon, and you are right that they are all being produced in China. The only advantage you have in ordering Oitom is the shorter ship time since they bring theirs to the States in bulk.

I got a rash too rom the original band. I bout a leather replacement and that was much better, but expensive. I sent an email to them to complain about it. My gearfit only had plastic bands and I never had a problem. I think part of the issue is how wide the bands are.

I also noticed when I ordered the silver Oitom band that it was a different seller than when I ordered the rose gold and black ones, but could not find another listing directly from Oitom, which I thought was odd at the time. I sitll can't find one. I did check Oitom's Website directly, and found that the rose gold, silver, and black are available but for $40.
Second day in with the rose gold band sent from Oitom through Amazon and am still happy with it. No problems.

Most people have said yes, but I do know someone in this thread said they had trouble with 1 specific 22mm band they got. So for the most part it should work.

@BobSarno wrote:I bouught this SS magnetic band for my blaze and was initially impressed. For me, the magnet was not the concern. 3 different times the pins came out and the Blaze fell off. Fortunately no harm. The width of the band is slightly smaller and the extra space causes the pins to come out. Went back to original band 😞
Are you fitting the pins into the very small divot on each side? It took me a few tries to figure out that the pins don't fit just anywhere into the attachment area. Once I get the ends of the pins into the divot, they do not move at all. Just a thought, in case you want to try again.

ok, i thank you for the information about the tiny divot in the band, with the flood lights blazing in my kitchen and my glasses on hunched over the counter I found it...i think i hold the world's record for idiocy in attaching this **ahem** thing...(even my dog laughed), it took me almost an hour)... but the rose gold gives it a VERY nice look and is not itchy like the rubber gets, i woke up this am scratching my wrist.
although this band install was painful i did purchase the black mesh too.($20.40 today)..from the correct seller Oitem Prime--should be here on Friday.(not Omita shipping from china)...i did finally figure out that putting on the double loop side first makes it easier.
I also would love a black or gold housing, and would hope the price point couldbe about $25.00.
please continue to share good finds on this thread, you guys are great.

Wonderful! So glad I could help. I suspect now it will get easier. I changed mine twice today and it went pretty smoothly. I finally got it right that I want the loop side on the bottom on the tracker so that I don't see the magnet (it looks fine, it just distracts me).

Just saw in my V-Moro Amazon purchase tracking that my band is coming from Guangzhou, China. I actually have spent a few weeks in that city/district for supplier oversight of materials. My wife works with Lowe's supply chain and 90% of you Kobalt and Lowe's tools come from Guangzhou.

After struggling again yesterday when i changed to the Black mesh loop band (i actually snapped off the top of one pin and cut the tip of my middle finger), i broke down and ordered the silver mesh loop band with the frame attached. it should be here tomorrow so we will see.
what a pain to change bands, it still took me over 45 mins. in bright light when i THOUGHT i knew what i was doing. the single side can be done in 30 seconds, but i must do the double loop side first.
btw, does the double side go on the top or the bottom of the watch, i put the black one on the top, but the rose gold was on the bottom. i think i prefer the double loop on the bottom, it stays neater.
so far i like the rose gold best for business wear, will get the silver tomorrow....am waiting for reviews on that leather one, i have saved it on Amazon.
