The time is taken from the device you sync to whenever you sync so can I check that your fitbit is syncing ok.

Mine does that if the battery dies. I'll recharge it and time will be wrong. Once I open the Fitbit app it syncs the time and then it's correct.

Hi there @Alicat73. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

With the latest update for the Fitbit Blaze, this happened. If you turn off your tracker or the battery dies, you must sync your tracker in order to have the correct time on it so keep this in mind for the next time that happens.

What? It wasn't with the last update. And I already knew this. I was replying to the person that was asking why their time was wrong. But thanks. What needs to be fixed is the fact that if you adjust your goal weight it resets your start date and start weight. That pisses me off!

`I'm sorry @Alicat73, I thought you were posting because you were also having problems with this.

I'll try to look into the issues with adjusting weight goals and let you know if I find a fix for this.

Anything else, let me know!

Hey there @jfriberg. Good to see you in the Community!

I would recommend going to the Account section on the app, then scroll down to Advanced Settings and where you see the Time Zone option, choose any different time zone. Sync your tracker and after it has synced, go back to the Time Zone option, choose your correct time zone and get your tracker to sync again and see if this makes any difference.

Let me know if this helps!

@jfriberg have you checked your timezone setting in the app?

If it is correct, and your tracker recently synced, and the time still off. In the past some have intentialy set their timezone wrong, synced, corrected the a synced again.

Thanks, but it did exactly what I thought it would. I'll no longer get my badges ALL because I changed my goal weight. I'm pissed that all my progress is gone. I don't even want to use my Fitbit anymore. Makes me so mad!

Hi, @Alicat73! Thanks for being here and sharing your feedback. This helps us to improve in the areas of opportunity and provide you better services. Like you said if you change your weight goal, everything resets except your Lifetime badges but the rest will start from zero.

See you around. Heart
