My Fitbit blaze time is off by about 15 minutes all of a sudden. The battery was dead and I recharged but the time didn't change.

@SunsetRunner the key phrase here is the battery was dead, the clock stopped. You charged it but have not reset the the time. 

This also tells me that a sync has not happened since charging the unit. The time will be corrected during the next sync.

Open the Fitbit app up on the phone, it will a sync. If the app is already open then tap the circle to the right of the name of the tracker.
