Blaze has been working great for a few months - but today after running it flat and charging it up - the touch screen doesn't work at all. When I restart it (which I have done a dozen or so times) half the time it powers on properly but the touch screen won't work but it will respond to buttons - but when it goes to sleep (screen off) I just cannot wake it up. Then I restart it again and the logo comes up - at which point the screen goes blank and stays blank. Restart it again and I'm back to the other scenario. Grrr.

FYI I have logged a support case already but would appreciate any amazing magic solutions or advice.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not working as it should but I'd say that getting in touch with the Support dept was the best thing to do. If they can not find a fix for your problem, they'll be happy to provide any available option to get you back on track.
