Touch screen stuck after update

Hi, I just updated my blaze today and the touch screen isn't working any more... Please advice!

I tried to restart the device multiple times and it's still the same.

You hold down the left button and the bottom right button for ~5-10 seconds.

 

Touchscreen not required.

I used the left and bottom right buttons to restarted the device

Yeah, and I'm not able to access the device at all, just the buttons are working.

@BruceLT, sorry to hear that. This shouldn't happen after updating your tracker. If you've already tried to restart it several times to no avail, I would recommend to get in touch with the Support Team directly and they will be happy to take a deeper look and help you out with this!
