I charged my fitbit last night and put it on today and it will scroll up and downot but not left so that I can get to my workouts and even turn it off so that I can try to reset it!!

My  Blaze tracker cannot synchronise. When it first happened i just turned off and on my Samsung mobile and it was ok.However when it happened again this trick didn' work.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
