Tracker not accurate for training

I've been using my blaze for a while, and I've noticed that it can't track the difference between a stride, sprint, regular jog, and slow jog. So it's always wrong on distance sometimes up to quarter mile per every mile ran on my speed days. I know it's an estimate but during intervals and fartlics, running my own pace then slowing to run with my wife. It seems to have no concept that your stride length changes during a run. I'm posting this here because I can't send this directly to support because I don't twitter.

If you would like to contact support, then click where your picture would be above, then click contact fitbit.

They have 5 options, and ive noticed some people also go through Facebook, YouTube, or Google +,  links found below.

As for pace, fitbit does a good job telling a run from a walk.  Even then when figuring the stride they assume your that one person that is average. I found i had to manually set my stride

I also have an issue with the Blaze when it comes to tracking. Is this a issue with all blazes? I have only had about 2 weeks and it is off after EVERY walk compared against a fitbit charge that girlfriend wears and compared to phone GPS.
