Tracker not found

I bought a new phone as my old phones Bluetooth wasn't working and my fitbit wasn't syncing . I bought a Samsung A3 and have been emailing fitbit as my blaze still won't sync it keeps saying tracker not found. Surely fitbit knows that technology is always improving . Why can't they keep up ?

Best thing I can advice you to do is to delete the device from the app, and reset your device and starting over again (set up) as if you got it out the box for the first time

Thank you.  I sent it up as new but still having the same problem.  Any other suggestions welcome.
