Tracking sessions stopped working

I've had the Fitbit for about 3 months and my favorite aspect is to start sessions to see how many calories, steps, etc are tracked during that session. The button to start a session stopped working. Please help!

@CLWhittaker are you referring to the select button, I use it except for volume control.

Have you tried the two button restart? If that doesn't work do a shutdown, which doesn't need the button since like the exercises it can be started by tapping the arrow on the screen.
