Tracking workout issues

Got my new blaze last week after issues with HR and Fitbit refusing to help with it. Was so pumped to try it out at Zumba class. We do about 20 mins with weights, I wear weighted gloves just small ones never been an issue before today after class I go to stop workout and the glove must have touched the screen and stopped workout after 15 mins and if it vibrated I didn't feel it as its a very weak vibration.... I'm so disappointed! Surely once workout starts u should be able to press back butto. So screen goes to sleep and then be able to acess screen again with a button to then pause or stop workout as the slightest brush with fabric on the screen is but ridiculous.
