USB device not recognized

Trying to update Blaze but every time I plug in the charger, I get this message: "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."

I'm a little confused @klhrgr, plugging a generic charger will not produce the message. Plugging into a USB port on a computer might, depending what Operating System it is running? 

Which operating system is the computer running?

Plugging in the charger that came with my Blaze.  Running Windows 10 os.
