 I can’t seem to see what exercise I have done today on the tracker . I ran a 20 mile race today and I can’t see what my timings were?!! Has anyone experienced this? It just keeps saying it’s syncing but when I go to touch the button to see the exercise it doesn’t show it?

Hi @Everton9, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Does this occur with every exercise or just with specific ones? Which mobile device are you using? Can you please clarify if you're not seeing such information in the Fitbit itself or the Fitbit app after you sync your Blaze? In the meantime I receive your answers, I suggest you to restart your device and try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
