Unable to setup Blaze with Samsung Note 10+

I have had a Blaze that got wet or something 2 years ago. It sat on my desk since then. Just on a whim, I fully recharged it, and it works! I am trying to link my Samsung Note 10+ 5G, but it will not. When I enter the phone in the "compatability" area, it says it cannot find the phone. It used to pair before, but maybe that was with a previous Note 7, which came to be known as "the Firephone"...Please don't tell me my Blaze came back to life, only to be junked again.... ideas?

Is the phone on the compatible list?

 

If not it is why its not working

For the setup difficulties you're experiencing, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. 

 

Upon checking the list of compatible devices, just as @WendyB asked, I was able to confirm that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with this specific mobile device and your Blaze.
