Hi @mroush - Stand by. There is an issue related to the watch faces not being there after the update. Fitbit is looking into this as we speak.
Best Answerhey how do you go about prompting it to update? Mine is not notifying me 😞
Best AnswerHello, I had the same issue. To resolve I had to "Remove this Blaze" from my iPhone, delete the App, re install and then re sync the Blaze. All the old settings and and steps for the day are still there (without the update, basically takes it back to what it was). Oh, also i did this while the Blaze was in the charging gradle, hope that helps for now, I guess Fitbit are working on resolving this issue so have withdrawn the upgrade for now.
@armueller2001 and @SunsetRunner you don't prompt the app to release the update, the app will prompt you when the update has been released to you. It's called a rolling release? Ria means that everyday it gets rolled out to more users.
Best Answer@SunsetRunner, There was an issue with the release and they pulled it. Some people reported that it turned the Blaze into a brick (ie. killed it), others had it in a continuous loop. There were also issues with the new clock faces. Hopefully they'll have a good version out this week.
