i work for best buy now and i started to love this watch until i found out the thing is way behind! apple has you guys beat 10 fold. price sucks, but people buy it anyway. i personally hate apple and mac and will never buy their products.
1- you need to have a built in gps for the blaze, or a new design that is more lifestyle enjoyable that has the built in gps. the Surge seems to be the only one but the thing looks like it is meant for only having on a field track. i want to work in mine, wear it, and use it when i need it. 1 watch, not 2. might be persional preference but you are only giving the people 1 option!
2- songs need to be able to be downlaoded tot he watch. like having apps, i use amazon, people use others, and download what you want, maybe even from your computrer make a playlist, and just have the ability to play those playlists, or even open up pandora. you guys need to get more creative
* a huge benefit will be to download multiple apps. allow people to open texts or alls differently, maybe even change the watch face, no, allow us to! so boring right now, do different things so during activity, we can literally leave our phone at home
like i said i was all for this. been looking the last couple days to buy one and now, hell no. since when do you know someone who runs witht heir hand sized smartphone in their pocket while they run? people actually working out, at the gym, yoga at their house, or cycling the roads, do not carry their phone with them. i have done it before becaus ei needed to and these new watches are supposed to allow you to give that olbigation up! real work out clothes don't consist of jean pants with sterdy pockets where holding a phone is easy. it's nylon, spandex, underamor, materials meant to breat and be light, and have small pockets IF any at all. help us out fitbit. currently, if i find something else that does what i mentioned and isn't an apple product, i'll buy it tomorrow. stop falling behind

@jcraff3 I understand you don't like apple, but you might like an android smart watch.
Currently, the Blaze, even though it has been selling as well as the AW, it is not going after the AW market.
There is a feature request to allow third parties to add apps the the Blaze.
As for downloading music to it, what good would that do without a speaker and only a BT client. This means the Blaze has no way to play music.
Actually I read about many who carry their phones, some only for safety

Sorry, Fitbit simply aren't interested (currently) in the segment of the market you seem to be pushing them at. You're confusing two different products and assuming they're aimed for the same target audience.
