Using fitbit blaze while on deployment?

So, long story short, deployment starts soon and there's no wireless internet to be had on a ship that floats in the middle of the ocean. If I have the charging cable usb with me, can I still update alarms and see things like my heart rate and steps on my computer?

To update alarms through a computer will require a sync. You say there is no wireless Internet,  does the computer have a wired internet  could you install the Fitbit software and a dongle?  N9w if it is a Win10 computer ypu cam sync through the chargong cable., or many tomes through the computers bilt in BT

Nope, we aren't allowed to in any way alter the computers, especially by plugging in anything. My blaze didn't come with a dongle though, just the charge cable and the watch.

The Blaze doesnt come with a dongle, as for being able to set alarms on the Blaze, are see whats going on, you would need to be able to sync. This will require comunication between the Blaze and Fitbit. The Blaze will save 30 days of data, so if you can sync through the phone once or twice a month, the steps will be recorded.

Currently your fitbit will record your activity and save it for up to 30 days. There is a request in the feature request forum for off-line syncing, and have the data stored locally.

There also is a request to be able to set the alarm off-line. Then another request to be able to setup alarms right on the Blaze, something i thought would have been a no brainer.
