Very inaccurate step count!

I'm trying to figure out why my step count suddenly jumped to about 1100 steps when i stepped about 400! Could it be how I'm wearing my Blaze? Do i need to reset it? I haven't worn it long enough to have stepped that many times!

A warm welcome to the Forums @MaadaMoore. If your tracker is not being accurate, I recommend Restarting your Blaze. After the restart process you can test your step count.

Thank you for the welcome, Alejandra. I was hasty in my complaint about my device. After talking with a friend and doing some research about step counts without a pedometer, i found that my Blaze was right all along! Who knew we could walk on average, 100-1200 steps in a ten minute span at a brisk pace! Thanks again for yiur response and will keep that in mind should my device happen to malfunction.
