Vibration not working

Blaze vibration is frequently stopping. I do a reset and it works for a short time, then will stop again. 

Please help 🙏🏻

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

The reset didn’t work, after countless attempts.

I had to email customer support who were super helpful, I have just received a replacement Blaze from Fitbit.
