I have noticed that my Blaze will vibrate while I am working out but when I check the screen there is nothing there. I know it will show me when I hit 1 mile while I run, but sometimes the vibration is not happening only on the mile markers. Does it do this when I hit my step limit for the hour? or what would this be?

Huh, that's strange. It could be that you have reached your goal limit as you say but you should be able to see the "celebration" on your tracker when this happens.
I would say, restart your tracker and see if this keeps happening or see if you notice any specific pattern going on when this happens. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Keep an eye on it and let me know if you need more help! Welcome to the Community Forums @amynicole8383 🙂

If I hit my goal for the day during my work out it will still celebrate it then. I notice this vibration is not for a text/call or a mile milestone was hit. I try to look at it when it happens but I haven't noticed anything strange or what it would be. 😞

Hmmm... that's weird. Thanks for getting back @amynicole8383!
I've not really paid attention what I see on my tracker when I'm doing a workout and I reach my daily goal, but will for sure keep an eye on it to see how it behaves and know what to expect from it.
If you have any more doubts, let me know! 🙂
