Going to Return and Get Vivoactive Hr When It Comes Out I Think. After Taking a Walk Using Connected Gps. After Walk I See a Detailed Wrapup of Walk, Fine. I Hiot Done and Its Gone. I Should Be Able to Go Somewhere on the Watch and See This Information Again on the Watch Itself. Because the Android App on My Samsung Note 5 Is Useless. I Hiot Track My Exercise Fine. I Click on the Walk and Then It Freezes, Says Unfortunelty Fitbit Has stopped..totally Messed up...was Happening With My Charge Hr too..totally Useless Watch Until These 2 Things Are Fixed. Returning It Today and Waiting for the Vivoactive hr..cant Wait to Get It. Done With This.

@robvalkyrie sorry to here of your problems, this typical happens in the rare case when the Play Store or the OS corrupts the update. The fix is to delete the Fitbit app, and install a fresh copy.

No Didnt Work. as I Said, and Wont Go Any Further Than This,  Im Pretty Capable Person When It Comes to Working in This Area. Its a Fitbit Problem and They Are Aware of This as There Are Thousands of Cunstomers With This Very Same Issue. I Am Asking Fitbit Nicely to Address This Issue. Otherwise This Device Is Completly Useless.

Yelling at fellow Fitbit users is not the way to ask Fitbit something. This community is mainly about users helping users.

There is the feature request section for comments that you would like the developers to read, and the contact Fitbit page.

There was no hint in your message about what had been tried to remedy the situation. Therefore I felt the need to start at 0. As a capable user I hope you are submitting those crash reports.

Sending them each and every time about 100 so far. Aslo went into developers option in phone and sent over a usb debugging report. I have tried everything im sure your going to say. Fitbit needs to fix this issue. Being able to see stats on my phone is what this is all about especially since I cant see them on the Blaze. I should be able to se them on app and on the Blaze too under "today"

It's great to see you around @robvalkyrie@Rich_Laue Thanks for the troubleshoot steps you provided. Woman Wink

If I understood, you want to be able to see your GPS information directly from the Blaze, right? Fitbit Blaze wasn't designed with an internal GPS, this feature will only work directly with your phone's GPS settings. Here you will be able to find more information about it. Also, there's already a Suggestion made asking for this feature, you can see it, vote for it and leave your own comments.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy

No. Not GPS info. Should be able to view basic stats from device though
(exercise stats..not map)...especially since using the app right now to
view them is useless to me. Not to pleases right now. Probably returning
and waiting for active hr from garmin if this can't be fixed. Very sorry
cause I like Fitbit.
