Hi.
I just got my blaze and I can't find my screen to control the volume ..and also when I go into setting on my blaze it is dropping the paring for my music..help please

Hello @Jane311, have you downloaded your manual yet? This and more can be found in the interactive help site, link is below as Help. 

 

As for music control, swipe down on the clock screen or hold in the top right button. 

Do you shut off the phones BT a lot or leave it on?

Hello @Jane311 welcome to the Blaze family! 🙂 As @Rich_Laue mentioned to control the volume on your tracker, swipe down from the clock screen or hold the Action button (upper right) to see information about the track currently playing. To control volume, use the Action (upper right) and Select (lower right) buttons. 

 

Regarding your question about why the Bluetooth classic is turning off, @Rich_Laue asked if you turn off the Bluetooth. I have noticed that if the phone is not in near your tracker it will loose connection and you will have to set up the Bluetooth classic again.
