Website syncing issues

Hi,

 

I've had a Blaze for a while now and sync it with reasonable success to the App on my Samsung S7 android phone. I have to occasionally restart both for the sync to work but it does.

However I'm trying to get the data from the mobile app onto my account on the fitbit.com website and I can't see how to do it. I've searched the forum but all I can seem to find is information about syncing direct from the tracker and not from the app.

Have I missed something? Any help & advise would be gratefully received.

Hi, @oldned, if you have synced via your phone your data will automatically be available on your account on the Fitbit website, as long as you log in using the same email address and password that you use on the app.  There is no need to sync separately.  Both the app and the website are looking at your account on the Fitbit servers.

Thanks Julia_G. If reset everything and used the same emails etc so I'll see if that's sorted it. Hence the 1 after my name!
