Weight and excercise tracking per set.

Should I pause my excercise or weights tracking after every set? Or keep it running during rest periods and pause only if I'm completely pausing my workout?

Is there really a right or wrong answer?

Probably,  by not pausing your HR display will be shown in smaller time periods, and make it easier to see the recovery between sets.
