I am following the directions of the update, and have done a reset of the tracker but the firmware update starts and loads to about half way then stops and returnes to the dashboard that says there is a update available, help?

Are you still having problems updatingy our Blaze? I was about to suggest restarting your tracker and eventhough you've already tried this, you can do it two more times making sure that you press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon on the screen and after that, try to follow the update instructions again and see how it goes.
Some things to keep in mind are:
-Keep your Blaze near your phone.
-It can take from 5-10 minutes but in some cases it can take a little bit longer.
