The screen on my Blaze has a crack. I can get a wtach or a phone repaired, why not my Blaze ?

Because Fitbit has no repair facilities and 3rd parties have not stepped in to fill the gap.

When out of warranty instead of charging about 75% of the cost of a new tracker to repair your broken unit, Fitbit offers a 25% discount ok a new unit.
