Why won't the **ahem** thing sync?

I recall this happening when I first bought the thing. Just got a new iPhone XS and it won't sync again. What is wrong with this thing? It just keeps spinning saying "we found your tracker. Connecting" UGH. HELP. I've rebooted both the phone and the watch about 5x.

Someone said to make sure my old phones Bluetooth was off or it will not
allow the new phone to connect.

Same issue here. I tried pushing in the left button and top right button and nothing works. My Fitbit just vibrates. Smiley Sad

Try pushing lower right button and left st the same time and for 6 seconds
