Won't Sync with Motorla G4 Plus

Got the Blaze today, everything was working fine until I went to add an alarm, which in turn made me realize that I can't sync. 

Doing a little research I found out that my phone is unsupported, seriously? EVERYTHING works except for sync, and I don't really understand why there isn't support for this/if there ever will be

 

I really don't want to return this but I'm not sure what else to to honestly, I'm pretty baffled that there isn't universal support really or at least a huge disclaimer

 

Either way I'm open to any workarounds it's going to really suck if I wasted my time and money on nothing

 

QUICK EDIT: I've noticed a bunch of other people aren't able to Sync alarms right now, the only time I was previously getting sync errors is when trying to add alarms so maybe it's a shared issue?

Yes, there appears to be a widespread problem.  No official response from Fitbit yet, but I would expect they are working on it.

Fitbit Blaze and Samsung S4. Previously Charge HR (wasn't as waterproof as I thought) and One (If you find it can you let me know)
