My Blaze will not sync. It's  saying tracker not found. What can I do? Last time it worked was I think on Jan 7.

Thanks

I've had syncing issues the past few days as well. I did a restart on my phone and that pushed it to sync. I've had to do it any time I've wanted it to sync, though, and that's not very convenient...

Hey there @barefootsouljo @Kim3511! Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

As @barefootsouljo says, you can try to restart your tracker. For this, press and hold the left and right button for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, you should be able to sync without any problem.

I am having the same issue and have uninstalled the app as well as restarted my tracker twice. Nothing has helped and my app is still saying tracker not found and it won't sync.

Hi there @Chirré! Good to see you in the Forums! 😄

You can also try to set up your tracker as a new device. For that, restart the tracker with the instructions I provided above, then go to the Account section in the Fitbit app on your phone and tap on the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and your tracker should connect without any problem.

Let me know how it goes!

I was able to sync after restarting my phone. Thanks for the advice I'll
try that next time if restarting my phone doesn't work.
