Won't sync...

My fitbit blaze will no longer sync to my phone. I have tried unpairing, shutdowns, restarts. I am at a loss. Also, I've never been able to get it to sync with a GPS app.

The only GPS app the Blaze can connect to is the Fitbit app.

How does that work? I haven't even seen a GPS option in the fitbit app?

With the Blaze, when you manually start a run/ealk through the exercise screen the Blaze uses it's connected gps option and connects to the phones GPS. Also on the app tap track your exercise, then press the stopwatch in the top right corner. Note: only use one method.
