Wont turn on??

I stopped using the blaze for about 2-3 weeks because I forgot in when I left town. Now when I go to charge it, it wont charge at all. It is stuck on the power off mode, not taking in any charge. I keep making sure that the device in plugged in the correct way and it still wont charge. What should I do?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
