Best AnswerI just got my new Blaze as a Christmas present, and when I went to set it up, got message that the battery is too low to complete setup. Plugged it in to the USB port, heard a noise indicating it IS connected - but am not getting the "battery charging" icon on the screen - only the Fitbit icon.
Has ben plugged in a couple of hours now, and have tried again to do the setup and got same message about battery being too low.... so I figure it is not charging at all.
Have sent an email to the company requesting help. Now waiting....

Best AnswerI too just got one for Christmas and same thing happened. Put on charger and only had the FitBit screen; no indication it was charging. Finally, I went into setup and it let me do the update so it must be charging. After the update finished, it went to the home screen and the charging icon appeared. Try finishing setup with it connected to the charger. Hope this helps!
