I have just upgraded to the Charge 2, which I have now realised does not have the ability to pause a workout (run).

Does anybody know if you can pause a workout (run) on the Blaze?

Hi @Donna5L yes, you can pause workouts/runs on the blaze.

Welcome to the Community @Donna5L and @Brad. thanks for stopping by and for the information. As our friend here mentioned, with the Blaze you will have the option to pause the exercise you are doing.
