Yesterday's Fitbit data was incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Yesterday i had about 14,000 steps in and about 4,000 calories burned, all because of my jogging and cycling class yesterday. I synced my Fitbit Blaze to my app today and the workout record only showed that i jogged for 36 min with 0 calories burned. I tried restarting my Fitbit and synced it again but it still showed the wrong data. Any solutions to fix this incorrect data?

Welcome to the Community @ficoreloj. Could you please tell me how are you logging your activity? Are you selecting it directly from you tracker? If you aren't, I recommend choosing the activities directly from it and then you just need to sync it.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

@SunsetRunner Fitbit I think @ficoreloj is describing what is smaller to the thread at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Blaze-not-syncing-exercise/td-p/2028765

We also have posts at, some have reported that this only happens when using the multisport run mode.
