battery draining in blaze

I purchased my Fitbit Blaze Oct 19, 2016.  It has worked very well until about three weeks ago when the battery has been draining within days of charging.  In the last days, it drains within the day.  Today it drained after waking from a sleep and was charged fully about 12 hours ago.

 

I have updated all firmware and apps.  I have followed suggestions for best charging solutions as per this forum.  I do not use alarms, and the quick view is disabled, as well the screen brightness is set to lowest level.  I do not use Bluetooth for syncing except in the morning after sleeping.  

 

Is there anything else I can do?
