blaze screen is spazzing

My blaze has been working great, than just 5 min ago the screen started spazzing (not focused on one thing, the display is flickering )  any ideas?

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

That works all well and fine.  Then a week later the screen starts spazzing again
